Digital transformation is definitely the next biggest thing to hit the marketing industry. It has been transforming remarkably how brand stories are told. BSI Awards 2020 aims to give recognization to marketers and agencies who have utilized the power of digital transformation to connect and converse with consumers. Buzzmetrics hopes that this recognition will be the source of motivation for greater creativity, greater impact and greater breakthrough in modern marketing.

ENTRY FORM Guideline

Please read the guideline carefully and prepare the necessary materials before submitting.

Consider which category to apply for. NOTICE: You can submit one campaign for different categories.

You can learn more about BSI indicators and our scoring method HERE. However, some categories will not be based on BSI Top10 Social Ranking.

In the next 24 hours after submitting, you will receive confirmation and payment details via email. The fee will be 12,000,000 VND for each category. Payment must be made within 05 business days, which is the final step of the entry process.

After you complete your submission, we will start evaluating your campaign performance based on submitted categories.

For each category, only 05 finalists are selected. If your campaign is qualified for the final round, you will be notified via email. Otherwise, you will receive your campaign performance based on BSI indicators.

The finalists will receive the campaign performance report after the winners are announced.

Campaign Title Trophy will be engraved with the campaign title in your desired language.
Please check the information carefully before submitting it. In case you submit the wrong information, only digital materials are open for edits. However, we are not able to modify anything on the trophy.
Client & Agency Name Trophy will be engraved with the winners’ names.

Campaign Date Range Start Date: The date when the first article of your campaign was published.
End Date: The date when the final article of your campaign was published.
NOTICE: We only evaluate campaigns run between Dec 1, 2020, and Nov 30, 2021.
Campaign Hashtags & Keywords Campaign Hashtags include any hashtag(s) used for your campaign.
Campaign Keywords include key message, campaign tagline, etc.
Buzzmetrics will strictly revise your submitted hashtags and keywords before performance evaluation.

Your activities and tactics used during the campaign, for example:

Paid Media Sites Website links that direct to your posts on the paid channels, e.g: influencers, community pages, newspapers, etc.
NOTICE: We recommend a complete list of paid media sites so that we will not waste any brand efforts during evaluation.
Owned Media Sites Website links that direct to your posts on the owned channels, e.g: your Facebook page, your YouTube channel, etc.
NOTICE: We only request website links to your channels, not your published articles.
For Top Trendy Campaign

List all the trends and hot topics used in your campaign. For every trend/ hot topic, please provide links to your posts as evidence.
Buzzmetrics only evaluates hot topics/ fad topics and trends that meet the following definitions and get acknowledged by our Trendspotter team.

  • Hot topic/ Fad topic: Topics discussed by consumers (not including brand voice) on social media that generate no less than 100k average daily mentions.
  • Trend: Changes in consumer behavior in one or many industries. A trend usually lasts for more than one year.

A hot topic/ trend used for a campaign is considered valid only if that hot topic/ trend is still discussed during the campaign date range. Otherwise, we will consider it invalid.
Special occasions as Tet, Summer, Mother’s Day,… do not meet the definition of a hot topic.

Case Study Video

Buzzmetrics recommends a highlight video for your campaign. In the video, you can present how you came up with the campaign idea, or any specific challenge that you had to overcome, or how the campaign impacted your business. This video will be a valuable reference source for us to have a good understanding of your campaign and ensure an accurate evaluation of its performance.
If you become the winner, the submitted video will be used to introduce your campaign in our public channels. Therefore, any copyright issue must be addressed before submitting your video.
You can submit the video later via email at bsiawards@buzzmetrics.com no later than Jan 15, 2022.
Required Format:

  • Video Format: Link on YouTube or via a file storage service (Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.)
  • Video Length: No more than 5 minutes
  • Video Title: “BSI Awards 2020_[Your Campaign Title]_Case Study Video”
Branding Materials

Branding Materials include brand logo, campaign creative assets (poster, banner,…) etc.
If you become the winner, the submitted materials will be used to introduce your campaign in our public channels.
Please compress all your files and folders into one archive file (e.g: RAR or ZIP file format)

  • Recommended Image Size: 1600 px x 900 px
  • Archive File Title: “BSI Awards 2020_[Your Campaign Title]_Branding Materials”
Other Reference Materials

You can submit your proposal, etc. for further reference.
